Default What did you have for dinner tonight?

We had some fresh ground beef to use up and I wanted a change so I
made sloppy joes and I put a bit of Italian sausage in for flavour.
They were yummy! And we had the leftover salad from last night to go
with them - it had strawberries, cucumber, tomato, baby greens,
parmesan flakes and toasted almonds, and it tasted okay if a little
soggy from sitting in the fridge overnight.

Then I wanted dessert, so I made a batch of scones and we topped them
with lemon curd leftover from John's birthday cake last weekend, and
strawberry sauce leftover from last night's cheesecake. Add a cup of
Sleepytime tea for me, and a coffee for DH, made in his shiny new
three-cup coffee press, and we were both very happy.
