It's Barbecue Time (Again)!

Spring has sprung and the family cooking is shifting from "mom-in-the-
kitchen" style to "dad-outdoors" mode. Since your barbecue grill has
been sitting all winter, there are things you should do before firing
it up. For gas grills, top off the LP tank and be sure burners are
free of rust and debris. For charcoal barbecues, clean grill surfaces
with a wire brush and add a light coat of cooking oil to prevent
sticking. But if Old Man Winter and rust have teamed up, and your
grill's a total bust, do what lots of other cooking dads will do in
the next month or two. Hop in the car and head for the local hardware
store. Buy a shiny new barbecue. Almost half of all grills sold
annually are purchased in the months of May and June). If yours is
beyond repair, don't despair. Join the crowd and get a new barbecue.
And that's the On The House tip for today.

What a "chump" tip!!!

Tons of people BBQ/grill year round no matter what the season

Mine is built into my kitchen and is in use year round.

I declare your post the "on the house 'narrow minded' tip of the day."

Andy, genuinely stupid people have no idea that they're stupid. They
don't know that their "engrish" is thunderingly inadequate, or that
anyone with a modicom of experience can check headers and determine that
they are replying to themselves, or that the recipes they post are
disgusting and irrelevant and entirely unlikely to generate the clicks
they've been whoring themselves out for.

It's best to just ignore them.

Kathleen,

I know!

I thought that there might be a chance of a BBQ recipe included, so I give it
the benefit of the doubt.

Best,

Andy

Not from the West are you? Mom- in the kitchen died in 1964 (Aughst IIRC)

Only 1 - I keep 3 - side burners and earthquakes -

Not true just burn it off once in a while. Same with Gas

Not such a good shill for a website. Go back to the drawing board.

Mine is out in the yard, 25 feet from the house and covered in snow most of
the winter. I've not used it yet this year.

Who the hell are you and what makes you think you can post here? Fill
out the application in triplicate and mail it to Barb. We'll all meet
and discuss it. Then we'll get back to you . . . maybe.

Don't hold your breath

Maybe it came out of the blue, but I didn't think it rated that sort
of vitriol.

I can use all the money I can get though, so thanks for sending those
poor rubes to me.
