Nope, not yet. I wasn't home for most of March, and I've been working
on getting the house back to normal for the past week. It doesn't
look like I've done anything, but I have.

We are having a bad conflict with our landlord, and are packing to
move. To where, we don't know yet. But we're not gonna stay in a
place that isn't being taken care of. (Still no heat - it's been
since the end of January)

I truly hope you and Crash find a place that's at least up to the health
department codes this time.

Our local Interfaith is working with city council to pass rules that
landlords have to follow. These rules should be fair to both the
landlord and the tenant.

Living without heat is just unthinkable. Please look for Interfaith
Outreach and see if they can help you.
