I wish I could, but we can't get masa in New Zealand.

BTW - when I lived in SoCal there used to be a great Cal-Mex
restaurant in Venice near Lincoln Avenue where a woman sat making
nonstop tortillas with her hands near the kitchen area so she could
keep them supplied. My mouth is watering as I think of the flavour and
texture of those fresh corn tortillas.

I suppose that today's health regulations would require the use of
"rubber" gloves now.
