We were going to have this last night, and I even went shopping for some
of
the ingredients that I didn't have........ but life got in the way, and we
ended up having salad with some leftovers.

So, all things being equal, we will be having it for dinner tonight....
except I'm going to do it on couscous.

I have polenta, but I use it for dusting my homemade pasta.
