There are delicious! Actually they're lemon-lime bars because I had some leftover lime juice from my Caribbean-style Pork Roast last week and dumped it in with the juice from the Meyer lemons I bought last week to try. The bars are yummy. I also made lemon-limeade with the excess juice. Yummy.
