ROFL! Now I need a tissue. <sniffle>

When I made a cheesecake, I would make a graham cracker crust, but my
husband grew up in an area where cheesecakes did not have a crust (West
Islip). Now, I make cheesecakes without the crust, and I use Splenda.
It is gluten free, sugar free and perfect for low-carb diets.
