Default Cooking can be a stress-buster

Not to scare anyone, but it's now generally accepted that stress is a
major killer in our society. Every little addition to your daily load
of stress adds to the danger, so something which should be a pleasure
- such as cooking in your own home - should serve to relax you and
reduce the stresses you've acquired throughout the day.

Many of the problems that cause stress when cooking or entertaining
can be avoided with a little careful planning and organisation.
Cooking should be therapeutic, relaxing and above all enjoyable! I
have a blog that intends to give more information on the subject, as
well as eventually compile a list of good, relevant resources. Feel
free to check it out at http://dawnfood.blogspot.com/

Not every day can be completely stress-free, but removing the areas of
stress one by one can only improve your quality of life, and each
small success will spur you on to greater successes.

Thanks for the info Dawn,
Good idea for a site and some good tips, albeit some very common sense
ones.
I've just ordered the Recipe Secrets and it looks great! Can't wait
to show off!

Default SPAM. Was Cooking can be a stress-buster

For your information - some people do actually buy online. I have the
book and while not in the format I expected, I got what I paid for. I
also think it's polite to acknowledge the person who directed me to
whatever I buy.

It is possible to object to a post without your crude and vulgar
language [aem] which only detracts from the forum. If you feel
something is a hoax, then you don't have to buy.

Finally, check the definition of spema - one swallow does not a summer
make.

And for your information, some people do SPAM online. They don't just barge
into a newsgroup and annouce how stressful life is and say but oh! click on
this link, it will help! They're trying to sell us a load of crap. Take
your SPAM and your endorsement of said SPAM and hie thee hence!

I fart when I cook so cooking would have to be stressful, at least to me
anyway.
Also obesity is a downer too!
