Default Let's Party!

Just had a shitload turn up so's I can put it away for the big
Christmas party.

This is what I got............

1998 Celebration premium Australian sparkling wine. Orp $27.99 per
bottle. Originates 100% from Smithbrook vineyard located in the
Pemberton viticultural region of south west WA. Lightly pressed, the
juice is shipped to Bridgewater mill SA. the wine was tiraged in the
Adelaide hills, stored for 5 years on lees then disgorged in
September
2004. With 5 years on yeast less in the bottle, this rare unique wine
shows brioche and cashew characters. On the pallet it shows
integration
of almonds, red apples, marmalade and honey characters. It reveals
some
peach and lemon zest. Has a fine mousse and consistent fine bead.

Just ordered some more too :-)
