Lilydale Free Range chicken breasts,
http://www.freerangechicken.com.au/ sliced and cooked with a tomato based sauce with some pancetta, chilli, sundried tomatos, olives, garlic, onions, a splash of balsamic, and a dash of Italian herbs. The pasta was egg and spinach fettuccine, cooked in the new pasta cooker. The cheese on top was 'The *******' from Bruny Island Cheese Co. http://www.brunyislandcheese.com.au/cheeses.php I threw in a little sugar towards the end of the cooking to offset the slightly too hot chilli, and it came out *very* nicely :-) http://s199.photobucket.com/albums/a...Chicken%20and% 20pasta/ http://tinyurl.com/5d8shg The wine was a Coonawarra 2003 Mak Cab Sav, Shiraz, Merlot, Cab Franc.
