Default Dinner the other night.

Lilydale Free Range chicken breasts,

http://www.freerangechicken.com.au/

sliced and cooked with a tomato based sauce with some pancetta, chilli,
sundried tomatos, olives, garlic, onions, a splash of balsamic, and a
dash of Italian herbs.

The pasta was egg and spinach fettuccine, cooked in the new pasta
cooker.

The cheese on top was 'The *******' from Bruny Island Cheese Co.

I threw in a little sugar towards the end of the cooking to offset the
slightly too hot chilli, and it came out *very* nicely :-)

The wine was a Coonawarra 2003 Mak Cab Sav, Shiraz, Merlot, Cab Franc.

A rather tasty one too.

I was having dinner with my boss and his wife and she said to me, "How

many potatoes would you like Peter?". I said "Ooh, I'll just have one

please". She said "It's OK, you don't have to be polite" "Alright" I

said "I'll just have one then, you stupid cow".
