Serves 1

You will need:

* 4 oxo cubes
* 20g lard
* 30ml lemon juice
* 110ml apple sauce
* 90ml red wine

Instructions:

1. pre-heat the oven to 190 C
2. sauté the lemon juice
3. throw the red wine away
4. sauté the oxo cubes
5. sprinkle the oxo cubes over the top
6. put the apple sauce in the saucepan
7. throw the lard away
8. bake for 90 minutes and serve hot
