Well this *is* a food group and Macdonald's *is* food... sort of...

Anyway...

.... I rented an Orange Juice Barrel from the local McDonalds the other
night. We had a district camp fire organised for the local Girl Guide
group and they needed some refreshment so it seemed a reasonable
idea... wrong!!

They took a $100 deposit, and supplied it half full of ice so I just
added syrup and water and served it up to 200 Girl Guides.

Unfortunately... when I emptied it at the end of the evening out
flowed the rest of the juice... along with several dead cockroaches,
assorted dead flied and detritus, one very dead spider... and one
*very* alive, if bedraggled, spider the size of my thumb desperately
clinging to an ice-cube!

We threw the poor thing out into the bush figuring it'd had enough
trauma to last it it's short lifetime without being squashed as well.

Next day I took the barrel back to Macca's and let them know in no
uncertain terms what I thought of their (lack of) hygiene!

Obviously they apologised, but otherwise that was it.

Luckily nobody has come down with food poisoning... yet... but we're
waiting for feedback from the parents just in case!!!
