JB 100% Correct the most important thing about ambergris is its a natural "fixative" and allows the fragrance to change with each user depending on their individual body chemistry. Chemical fixatives on the other hand create a stable product that smells the same on everyone. I don't know the prices today but it used to be more valuable than gold. ;-) Dimitri |
