Default Heinz Chili Sauce

Can someone please tell me what causes the very distinct taste of Heinz
Chili Sauce? I really don't know much about herbs and spices. The chili
sauce has a very distinct taste and wondering if it's cinnamon, nutmeg or
whatever. Thanks in advance.

The original bottled product is made with SOME red ripe chilies (not
hot -peppers) the bottled chili sauce is the red sauce of choice to make
home made cocktail (shrimp) sauce.

Probably ground cloves and cinnamon and allspice.
