Default Has anyone ever heard of a chocolate truffle that has actual trufflesin it?

I had an argument with someone about this.
He swears that chocolate truffles are sometimes
made with actual truffles. (Blecch!) I've never
heard of such a thing and can't imagine why anyone
would do it. I'd like to know if they exist so I
can be on my guard against them. If someone offers
me a chocolate truffle, will I have to ask if there's
truffles in it?
