I always have cottage cheese and sour cream in the fridge, and typically a
pretty good assortment of fresh veggies. If you're going for crispy
cauliflower and broccoli might be too "soft" I wonder if mushrooms would
work? I love them but wonder if their decided not crispiness would clash. I
will have to try this.
