Default Three meals from one basic meat mixture

I made pot stickers to take to work for Chinese New Year. The filling
was made using a base mixture of spicy chicken sausage and chicken.
I had a lot of the meat left over that I froze.
I've posted this to the group before so I thought I'd spare you a
re-run.

Yesterday I took some of the meat base out of the freezer, defrosted
it and added some spinach, mushroom flavored soy sauce and a few drops
of sesame oil, green onion and the stems from the mushrooms that got
stuffed with the filling.

They were baked and served with some asparagus that was tossed with
olive oil, fresh ground black pepper and salt then broiled.

Tonight I made fried ravioli with the meat base. I added some ricotta
cheese and some fgbp and a little oregano, very little.

Put that on a won ton wrapper. I used that instead of making the dough
from scratch, and added a leaf of parsley.

Cooked for a while in boiling water, drained and ready to fry.

Melted about a half a stick of butter until it started browning. I
then added a good drizzle of olive oil and when that heated up and
started bubbling again I added the raviolis

Served with a grating of fresh parmesan cheese.

It was fun trying to get three different flavors from the basic meat
mixture.
