Default Having fun with my new Panini grill

Hi All-
Awhile back, I asked for your suggestions on a good Panini grill, and
I ended up procuring a Wolfgang Puck Duet, which arrived from HSN on
Friday.

I absolutely want to thank the person that suggested it. It works
perfectly, and is a good size. I especially like the removable and
interchangeable plates.

I made a couple different kinds of sandwiches, which turned out really
nice.

One was with sliced turkey breast, Havarti cheese, red onion slices,
fire roasted sweet peppers, fresh spinich leaves, and a little
Bruschetta.

The other was sliced roast beef, Horseradish Cheese with Horseradish
sauce, red onion, spinich leaves.

I must admit I was a little more partial to the turkey breast
sandwich, but one of my kids liked the roast beef better.

I hope you are all doing well. I'm so sick of rain and overcast
weather here in Sacramento, I could scream!

Myrl Jeffcoat
