I bought some turkey thighs on sale for 1 dollar a pound, and I was
wondering if it was possible to deskin and debone them and use them as substitute chicken breasts. If so, how would I do this? If not, do you know any good recipes for them? Preferably simple recipes. Preferably with brown rice and not many ingredients. I am used to using skinned and boned chicken breast, but the prices are sky rocketing. -- Brian (not wanting to be a messiah): "You are all individuals..."
