Default smoked turkey thighs

It wasn't thanksgiving in Canada this week, but all the discussions about
turkey must have clicked in and left a subliminal message.

So tomorrow we're having turkey thighs - actually just 1 thigh weighing 1
pound. It looks quite meaty. Am I correct in thinking it should be slow
cooked. Say 325 for about an hour or so.

Found a lot of recipes for smoked turkey soup, but that's not what I want.
I'm hoping that I can also make a good gravy with the drippings.

The typical smoked turkey thighs we buy are hot smoked. So think more in
terms of what you would do with a smoked ham (slice thinly for sandwich,
add pieces to accent something with smoke meat flavor etc). Since they
are already cooked don't expect much in the way of juice when you heat them.

I think the thigh is the best part of the turkey!
