Default Deboning turkey thighs

I bought some turkey thighs on sale for 1 dollar a pound, and I was
wondering if it was possible to deskin and debone them and use them as
substitute chicken breasts. If so, how would I do this? If not, do you
know any good recipes for them? Preferably simple recipes. Preferably
with brown rice and not many ingredients. I am used to using skinned and
boned chicken breast, but the prices are sky rocketing.

They are versatile and unlike chicken breasts they have a lot of taste
so you don't have to doctor them up with sauces etc.

About the simplest thing to do with them is to roast them such as this:

Or trim the meat and use in a stir fry etc.

Peel off the skin and remove the meat from the bones using a small sharp
knife. There is no reason that you cannot use them as a substitute for
your usual chicken breast. :-)

NEVER be afraid to experiment! You may even like it better as it will
have better texture and flavor.

When it comes to cooking, throw away the "rule book".
It's far more fun.
