Default HOT SPANISH CHOCOLATE - HOW TO MAKE?

I love chocolate y churros in Spain.

But I failed miserably making it at home. I looked at certain websites that
showed how to make it but to no avail.
Hopefully someone here has successfully made it and can suggest on how to
make it.
I have mexican chocolate and use cornstarch, sugar, and milk.
I could use suggestions on measurements, ingredients, timing, etc.
note: i usually make it for just one serving(me!).

thanks in advance
n
