First you need to define "coarsely chopped"... how coarse/fine are you
talking? It would really help if you post your entire recipe...
without knowing what it is you're making and the quantities of the
other ingredients all anyone can offer is wild speculation. I'll take
a wild stab you're talking cole slaw.
