Hi,

I'm looking for a Lidia Bastianich recipe that I first saw on her show, Lidia's Family Table.

I believe the episode is called Polenta Pasticcio.

She makes a lasagna type dish with polenta, mushroom ragu, and bechamel. I think the dish is called Polenta Pasticciata.

I checked her web site, but it doesn't fully explain what goes into the mushroom ragu.

Any help would be appreciated.

There's a good chance it's in her cookbook by the same name. Your local
public library may have it (mine does).

I have it. Is there something specific you wanted to know? because it's
a long recipe whose ingredients include 9, count'em, NINE other
recipes.

A bit much.
