Ok, now I am confused....(which doesn't take much doing).
Which recipe for the Mushroom Gratinate should I use? You posted one marked as the "final" version, but there is another version that you posted that had rosemary instead of sage in the "Pictures of my dinner" thread... ![]() -- Cheers Chatty Cathy |

I didn't notice that there were changes in a recipe that was posted. My mistake, I should have proofread. No rosemary. Yes sage. nancy |

That recipe has less oil, butter and garlic too. May have to try both to decide which is my preferred version; they both sound delicious. He may well have, but so did nancy in one of her other posts and I assumed that was the one she used. http://groups.google.com/group/rec.f...6?dmode=source > > That recipe has less oil, butter and garlic too. I like rosemary and sage, so could also try both versions - but the version nancy took pictures of had the sage in it... -- Cheers Chatty Cathy |

Rosemary would be great in this, I agree. It would be a simple matter to split the mushroom recipe and cook it separately, no reason to make all the toasts the same. nancy |
