Ok, now I am confused....(which doesn't take much doing).

Which recipe for the Mushroom Gratinate should I use?

You posted one marked as the "final" version, but there is another
version that you posted that had rosemary instead of sage in the
"Pictures of my dinner" thread...

There is no rosemary in the recipe I used. I didn't notice that
there were changes in a recipe that was posted. My mistake,
I should have proofread. No rosemary. Yes sage.

Mr. Libido Incognito posted the rosemary recipe.

That recipe has less oil, butter and garlic too. May have to try both
to decide which is my preferred version; they both sound delicious.

He may well have, but so did nancy in one of her other posts and I
assumed that was the one she used.

However, its a bonus as they *do* both sound delicious. I like rosemary
and sage, so could also try both versions - but the version nancy took
pictures of had the sage in it...

Rosemary would be great in this, I agree. It would be a simple
matter to split the mushroom recipe and cook it separately, no
reason to make all the toasts the same.

Less oil, butter and garlic?! That can't be right :-) Oil/butter and
garlic are 2 of my favorite food groups
