Michael, I don't see a problem with the carb count; there's only 1 gram in
the recipe. Perhaps you saw the "80mg. Cholesterol" and thought that was
the carb count?

The recipe does look really good! I'm a Type 2 diabetic, so I'd try to trim
the saturated fat a bit by using 1/2 the amount of butter called for. I'd
also use less bacon.
