The 1g of protein looks suspiciously low. You're starting with over
1800 grams of chicken. Even if two thirds are discarded, that leaves
600g of chicken. Divided by 10, and you still have 60g of chicken.
There should be more than one tiny gram of protein in there unless you
have an odd chicken. The calories also look low, so perhaps the
software didn't calculate the "whole" chicken as a weight isn't given
on the amount side, and the software won't interpret the "about 4
pounds".'

Also, most of the fat and cholesterol come from the butter. I'm getting
about 204 calories just for the clarified butter when divided into 10
servings, and the bacon counts for something, probably close to 81
calories per serving for 10 servings. Already that adds up to more
calories than the recipe shows.
