Default Breakfast of champions

OK, maybe not, but it sure was tasty: polenta cooked fairly firm with
bits of Musgovian pancetta and a bit of M. Jack cheese, and 2
perfectly poached eggs. And a steaming mug of Earl Grey tea with a
smidgeon of half & half.

<happy sigh>

I'm going for a nice long bike ride momentito to work it off :-) It's
cold (about 30F, hey, that's cold for these parts!), but sunny and
clear.
