This is a very simple recipe which I can mainly do because of the grill
"emulation" I found some time ago. Beside fish you can grill reasonably
well meat and other stuff. The only hard part is washing the grill at
the end.

I like bacon in mine.

I think it depends on how large it's the fish. If the fish is large
it's already heavy enough.

When I grill, I do it outside, not on the stovetop device you picture
on your page. But I'm in Texas, not Romania. Things are different in
many dimensions between our homes.

I would really like to have some garden and do that outside but this is
a good replacement for now I tried several methods and this seems the
best "emulation".
