Crab meat, a tiny amount of mayonaisse, old bay, mustard powder, diced onion/celery which I had lightly sauteed for 30 seconds, and a sprinkling of oat bran (I had no bread crumbs). Then baked. I think the result was very good -- restaurants use more mayonaisse than is optimal so that there is no risk of the cakes falling apart, but when eating at home that's less of an issue. Steve |
