Default White - well not chili

FYI.

A bunch of left over turkey chopped into bite sized pieces. (you know the bits
and pieces you normally use for turkey salad)
1/2 pound (or more) white beans cooked (simmered) in "neck & giblet" broth
(with Mirepoix)
2 medium onions sautéed.
1 1/2 jars of Trader Joe's Salsa Verde (Tomatillo sauce)
Chicken broth (canned)
Salt, Pepper, oregano, cumin, & hot sauce to taste

Dump the following into a crock pot

1. Chop the onions and sauté in a little EVOO.
2. Lightly brown the cooked turkey
3. Add the beans and broth to the sauté pan to deglaze.
4. Heat & add the Salsa Verde.
5. Add enough chicken broth to moisten the whole mess.
6. Add the salt, pepper, hot sauce, cumin, and a little oregano. (all to
taste)

Cook on low until the beans are tender

Serve with any or all of the following as a garnish.

Sour Cream
Chopped onion/scallion/chives
Minced cilantro
Diced avocado
pepper jack or any other cheese you fancy.

Enjoy,

Dimitri
