Default Home brewing and cheese

Are there any good links on matching cheese with beer? For instance, if I
brew a 5 gallon batch of an India Pale Ale and I want to entertain friends,
what cheese would compliment that beer?

That's actually a good question. IPA's are generally very hoppy and dry.
Would a sweeter cheese compliment or would a sharp stilton or gorgonzola be
better?

I'm interested in this as well.

The latter.

I love IPA and while I don't normally eat the more fragrant cheeses,
they go well together. I had a soft, salty cheese from Burgandy a while
back which went well with several beers, but I can't recall the name.
It had a pale yellow rind, if that helps.

While not a cheese to drink with beer, has anyone tried
Guiness-streaked Cheddar? Mmmm.

Huh, interesting, Guinness streaked cheddar? I'm game! Never heard of it,
but I'm up to trying it.

The product is called Cahill's porter. Look he

This is one of those things where the people who love it love it. I
never thought it was any big deal. It sure does look pretty on a cheese
plate.

I will make that my homework for the week end. I'll drink every beer style
available, and eat every cheese style with every beer. I'll report back if
I'm not dead or by bowels are not plugged up like concrete.
