Are you kidding me? This is Usenet, not your living room. I'd say that a hefty percentage of posts in any given newsgroup thread are "unnecessary to the discussion" and "sort of out of place." You know, like when someone starts bitching about some sex comment, instead of offering some on-topic suggestions to the person who originally asked the question. My contribution was beef paillard.
