Has anyone tried this? Sounds interesting but it is expensive. And not
really sure what I would do with it. I'm thinking it might be good with
chopped tomatoes and maybe some finely chopped spinach as a topping.

haven't tried it, but if it tastes like the beans, putting in everything you

I love black beans in a lot of things. I do not however like them cold on
top of a green salad. For that I prefer kidney or garbanzo or a mix of
both.
