Basically (for 1) half a stick of celery, 3-4 tomato slices, 8-10 slices cucumber (lebanese cucumber I use), 3-4 good sized strips of red pepper, about 1 cup of mixed lettuces, 1-2 schallots, 1-2 radishes, a few slices of onion. |
