Default It can't get any simpler than this (recipe)

My wife found this in a diabetic cookbook.

One cup cottage cheese.
One package no-sugar-added Spiced Cider mix.

Mix.

Enjoy.

The packet adds four carbs.

The result tastes (to me) like apple cobbler.

Fantastic.

The original recipe suggests adding an artificial sweetener, but it tasted
quite perfect to me without.

I have taken some low fat ricotta cheese and added cinnamon and splenda to
it. Really good.

If you like chocolate, try part skim ricotta with unsweetened cocoa powder
and splenda.
