Default diabetes for 30 years

There are some databases that provide some nutritional information for
a variety of different of kinds of foods--though the emphasis is on
North American foods, there may be enough here to help you as you are
working out your diet:

http://www.nal.usda.gov/fnic/foodcomp/search/

You might try this UK page:

http://www.weightlossresources.co.uk...ndian_food.htm

I don't know if these help you--

Your diet plan, regardless of what type of food you are eating, will
need to have appropriate levels of carbohydrates, protein, fibre,
etc. Suggestions about those components of a diabetic diet can be
found in books and other places; you can then use the data found on
the web sites above to help you plan your meals using Indian recipes.
