a variety of different of kinds of foods--though the emphasis is on
North American foods, there may be enough here to help you as you are

Your diet plan, regardless of what type of food you are eating, will
need to have appropriate levels of carbohydrates, protein, fibre,
etc. Suggestions about those components of a diabetic diet can be
found in books and other places; you can then use the data found on
the web sites above to help you plan your meals using Indian recipes.
