Default Best Source of Cinnamon ? Seems to be all the rage. Any ideas

I added some (cooked) to scrambled eggs yesterday morning and used
them in a green salad. I can buy them fresh in the grocery stores
where I live, which makes it easy. Also canned which is convenient.
