Well, if I understand what you're asking.... ours (GE
Profile Preformance Micro/convection) has settings (chicken,
roast, etc...) that based on the food type it "senses" the
weight (actually mass) and moisture content and
automatically determines how long, and at what settings, it
needs to be, what it considers cooked.

It does "ok" on chicken but I use the temp probe for roasts
'cause we like those med-rare
