F. Dick Eurocut Chef's knife vs. Forschner
These seem to be in direct competition. Both have highly molded handles,
neither of which I can actually get my hands on before purchasing - but for $25... Setting aside hand feel, I think it must come down to the steel, so any word on which is better? (There don't seem to be many opinions on the 'net about the Eurocuts.) |

No more than $16.37 for the 10" chef's via a quick Google... Probably no significant difference in quality. Dick brought them out specifically to compete with Forschner, so how can you go wrong with their reputation? -- Larry |
