I found no sausage stuffer in my country. I tried to make one out of
my meat grinder by designing a nozle from a black smith, but it was a
bitter failure.
Can someone guide me to a simple sausage stuffer design which some
black smith may prepare for me, preferably vertical. Or can someone
point out the proper group where this question should go.

In a local (finnish speaking) newsgroup there was some talking about how
to make a sausage stuffing horn from a plastic funnel. The biggest problem
seems to be in finding a suitable funnel (should have about 25 mm opening
in the narrow end). You will have to trim the large end to suit your meat
grinder.
