Default Sausage Stuffer Advice

I'm interested in advice/feedback on a sausage stuffer particularly in the
area of ease of use and cleanup. I've been primarily looking at vertical
models (Enterprise, Sausage Maker and F. Dick) in an mid-size. At this
point I'm leaning toward the Enterprise due to what appears to be
reasonable prices available on eBay. I've progressed beyond what I'm
willing to do with a KitchenAid

Thanks in advance.

You won't be sorry. I have the Sausage Maker 5 pound unit. bought it used
at a good price, but other similar units are just as good. Far superior
than the KA stuffer.

Take a look at my web page for some links to other sausage sites and mailing
lists for sausage hobbyists.
