St. Louis kitchen/chef/knife shop
Bertarelli (sic) Cutlery on South Grand. Frank and John.
These guys have been in the business for at least 2 generations. They sharpened all my knives in every commercial kitchen I ever ran in St. Louis. Since then they have opened a retail shop with an exceptional selection of knives. They have all the names but, also sell more value laden lines that most commercial kitchens use.
