Bertarelli (sic) Cutlery on South Grand. Frank and John.

These guys have been in the business for at least 2 generations. They
sharpened all my knives in every commercial kitchen I ever ran in St. Louis.

Since then they have opened a retail shop with an exceptional selection of
knives. They have all the names but, also sell more value laden lines that
most commercial kitchens use.


Great guys, can't say enough about them.
