Default Manual cooking

My cooking equipment consists of a toaster and automatic coffee maker.

I don't use an electric mixers, food processors or bread makers. Everything is mixed, chopped or kneaded by hand. Does anyone else out these enjoy cooking without the modern kitchen gadgets?

I love the feel of whipping, mixing and kneading by hand.

My coffee-maker is a cone with a filter, set on top of a big mug.
