I loved "Pressure Perfect" and bought that, but I wasn't that impressed with any of the others. "Pressure Perfect" covers all the basics so you can make up your own recipes, and it also has some really good recipes of hers. Plus it has an index which has all the timing charts grouped together -- I've photocopied these and keep them in my kitchen for easy reference. My only complaint is that I find her timing for beans is off -- I need to add 10 minutes to all her cooking times for beans (I have the Fagor Splendid pressure cooker from Bed, Bath, and Beyond).
