Default I'll be lookin' for cue in Alaska

Well, we're outta here for two weeks headed to Alaska. (ok,
ok, settle down... enough applause... I'm coming back. ;-)
) I'm gonna definately check out the local cuisine. I know
that they smoke a ton of salmon (hopefully some of which
will be caught by yours truely). I don't know if other
things are popular up there but I'll keep my eyes peeled.
