Default Latest Pork Picnic

Cooked a picnic and a chicken yesterday. Weather was superb... high in
the 70's! Everything went into the NBBD at 7:30 am @ 250 degrees.
Temps were 225 - 270 all day.

Chicken was crisp and ready at 12 noon, held it for dinner with some
greenbeans and sweetpotatoes. Pork picnic pulled off the pit at 4 pm.
Pulled pretty well except for some meat closer to the bone.
All was great. Chicken was the "best ever" according to the wife.
