![]() My son in law brought home 11 pounds of frozen walleye fillets and I was thinking about smoking a few of them. I've got some apple wood I've had since last year that I'd like to use. Is this good for smoking fish or will it give an "off" taste? What temp should I try to keep the smoker at? |
